Small – Medium Cremation Unit for Lease / Purchase Info For Distribution to AHF Members & Local Veterinarians
The Animal Shelter of Pell City, Inc. (ASPCI) has a cremation unit for lease/purchase.
The unit was operated and owned by Dr. Becker of VCA/Becker Clinic in Homewood until May of 2007 and is located at the Alabama Pet Cemetery in Moody, AL. Dr. Becker donated the cemetery assets to our shelter this past year including the cremation unit. We already had a larger unit at the shelter in Pell City and have no need to operate a second facility.
Due to IRS regulations for reselling non-cash purchases, we can not sell this unit until 2010. But, we can lease the unit with a purchase plan and the new owner can transport and maintain it at their own site. The unit comes with the stack and all accessory equipment. The new owner will arrange and pay for all removal/transportation costs.
